NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
14 March 2016 at 7.30pm

The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Tacking Point Public School Parents and Citizens’ Association will be held on Monday 14 March commencing at 7.30pm.
Following acceptance of the minutes from the 2015 AGM and the tabling of the Audit Report for the half-year ended 31 December 2015, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following positions:
- 2 x Vice Presidents
- Nomination of up to 6 additional Executive Members (optional)
Nominations will also be sought for membership of the following P&C Sub-Committees:
- Fundraising & Social Sub-Committee Coordinator
- Canteen Sub-Committee Coordinator
- Uniform Sub-Committee Coordinator
All current financial P&C members are encouraged to attend the AGM to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions on the executive and sub-committees. Financial members are those people who have previously paid the annual subscription. If you wish to vote at the Meeting and you are not a current financial member you may complete the membership form and lodge your payment at the meeting prior to the commencement of the AGM.

The AGM is open to all parents and carers who wish to attend, however only financial members are eligible to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions
At the completion of the AGM the March General Meeting will be held.
